Dance As A Means to Meet Hot Chicks

For all you hetero fellows out there who are lonely, want to find someone special and have adequate social skills, I've got a bit of advice for you - take a dance class and learn to dance.

A drummer friend of mine said this to me the other night in conversation (we'll he said specifically to learn to Salsa) and it's true! I've been going to hip hop, afro modern, and african dance classes for years now, and I won't lie, there are chicks galore in these classes. I can't speak for other areas, but in MN, we have a diverse culture, so there women of all walks of life in these classes. And let's not forget, these are dance classes so the chicks are...how can I put this...HOT!

Not only are you presented with an opportunity to meet lots of different women, but you also get to have fun and tone that flabby, couch potato, Halo-playing-ass as well! I'm speaking to a specific demographic, here. So guys, get out there, learn to groove/move it and say hello.

Of course, there's always the alternative...you'll find some hottie gamer chick one of these days online.

Iced Pop

It took many years, but I now know why people put ice in their soda. Horrible habits throughout my younger years prevented such a realization until recently, when I changed diet, I had an epiphany. I used to drink pop in copious amounts and I hated ice in my pop because it watered it down and quickened the loss of carbonation. Now that I don't drink pop daily and I've cut out sugared cereals (except on occasion) I find that there's just too much sugar in them. I had to reduce my intake of those wonderful carbohydrates to realize just how much is in some of the foods I used to love. Now pop is too sweet and syrupy and is merely an occasion. Besides, the high sugar content in pop is a shock to your system, especially if you drink it on an empty stomach. That and the fact that it's bad for your teeth, means pop should be really cut out of everyone's diet. I struggled for a long time to kick my heavy pop addiction. I learned a few things about myself and pop over the years. My huge intake of soda as an adolescent was tied to my other rather large intake of salty snack foods. I rarely drank pop if it wasn't to wash down those foods. My first step was to limit my intake of pop, so I have worked hard to stop snacking so heavily on crap food. I waver on this and have snacks every now and again, but I do try to eat healthier. The other thing I wanted to know was what about pop was so appealing to me? I found that carbonation is what kept me coming back, so now I enjoy carbonated waters instead. I really like the Canada Dry Lime and Raspberry flavored waters.

Did you know that bacteria in your mouth convert the sugars in pop into acid to further erode at your enamel and create opportunities for cavities? Have you ever looked at the ingredients in pop? It always astounds me that it's merely sugar dissolved in acid, unless you are drinking ginger ale or Sprite. Even Gatorade has a low pH. It's amazing that we drink acid as a treat.

When It All Comes Down

I found this piece of information within the internets. I voted for this man, but I want you to see the other things that live in my head and this video will shows some of them to you. In fact, when I was being all mysterious a while back, talking in code and nonsense about terrible things to come, this is what I was referring to.

A while ago, I read a conspiracy book entitled, "Behold A Pale Horse" by William Cooper, and much of what this video reports echoes what is in the book, only it's actually being played out now. As soon as Obama took office, he started doing things that gravely disappointed me. I was hoping he would change the way politics were in the United States, but he is already continuing the old regime's ways in many aspects. There are two huge things that he has done that have made me proud. He lifted the ban on studying stem cells, or at least removed some of the restrictions, something I think will help mankind greatly, and overturned a law that curtailed the ability of women and minorities to challenge pay discrimination in the workplace. There are other things that he is doing that I think are good, but have a price attached to them. I have found this website to be most helpful.

The video below will take 2 hours of your life, but I think it is worth watching. Beware the all seeing eye.
